      Sorry if this has already been done, have'nt been on in a while like. Recently switched from early's to lates so was wondering what time you lot make it to the gym?

      What time do you workout?

      Early at the weekends, late in the week.

      I find it much harder going after a long day sitting at a desk at work.

      Finding it hard to mate, but for me it just takes a bit of time to adjust. First few sessions were a killer.

      What time do you workout?

      I exercise and work from home so I can choose when I want to exercise. I always aim to exercise by lunch time but sometimes work gets in the way and I end up exercising around 6pm.

      I always strive to keep my evenings free.

      Early weekends, late in the week as well.

      Cant say I prefer one over the other but cant train legs after a day at work, I need to be fresh physically and mentally in order to do the business.

      Always train in the morning about an hour or so after breakfast

      at the gym withing 15mins of getting out of bed.
      wake up, brush my teeth, spray some deoderant on and get out the house.

      5.30 - 7 in the week and about 2pm on a Saturday. if i train in the morning i just dont feel as strong or with as much energy and i think thats because i haven't eaten much beforehand. Whereas training at about 5.30 i've had 4-5 meals already

      What time do you workout?

      usually in the morning in the week, and later at weekends as i do alternate weekends with a weekend off.
      gym is usually packed weekend mornings, so leave it later.

      recovery time is important otherwise i'm too knackered to do anything when i get there.
