Is drinking coffee ok? I hope it doesn't cause any unwanted (I mean, for bodybuilders) effects. Or is it better/healthier to drink tea? Please, share your opinions.
I think it would be wise to drink water or Gatorade. When you drink those 2, especially Gatorade, your body can recover everything that it has lost from the workout. Same goes for playing sports.
You should drink the coffee before you workout. The caffeine will increase your energy and a study in New Zealand found that caffeine increases testosterone. Drink water during your workout to keep your body hydrated.
