I only have about one stone of body weight to lose (fat) to look in pretty good shape. (of which I am immensely proud now).

Ive been thinking of myself as a bodybuilder for about a year, but I am not so sure, perhaps I have just been "a dieter". I don't know. been working out for almost two years now.

After watching the power lifting on ESPN Ive been doing a fair bit of that, I really love that challenge.

I love the gym, both mine at home and "the gym".

I feel at a kind of crossroads and am not really sure what direction to take, I am almost 46, am I too old for power lifting, would it ravage my body? Am I too old to achieve a great looking physique now without using gear? I wish to stay natural apart from shakes etc.

I know I am over training (cant help it, I just love it so much and I know I am not the only one here doing it till I drop!)

I was wondering if anyone else has these musings?

You're never to old to do anything bro. If your body and mind allows you to do it then it can be done... But once you've gone on the shakes you are no longer natural so may as well grab a few vials of test

Too old?? No no. The competing bodybuilder I train with is 49... And the competing powerlifter I train with is 46! Get on it x x

Churney? I like it, definitely helps with a bit extra endurance, but it gives me mouth ulcers so I stay clear.

If you take vitamin B with the creatine it will probably stop the mouth ulcers, many people who give up smoking take vit B for the same reason.
