theres only 1 secret ingredient it takes to be #1. That secret is basically a superhuman belief.

A man can have the strength of 5 oxes but if he has no belief that he can bench press 20 lbs then he wont be able to. Every human has some kind of strength of belief. Belief seperates humans from animals. Even the strongest animals on earth do not possess the ability to belief in themselves like even a below average human can.

To be #1 simply takes a superhuman belief. An inner intensity that no other man can possess.

This inner intensity this belief in ones self is already created by having the genetics and having the head start. This superhuman belief is like a snowball effect of choices. The choices made early on created those inner intensities.

But needless to say, this inner intensity this belief is just ego. Being number 1 basically means you have the strongest ego. Be weary of those who seek to be #1. They might not be following a true path in life. They might lead the lemmings to their own demise

Just a clarification on the guts part - people rag on Cutler because his obliques just have a pretty damn round/bad shape and are quite developed (he doesn't have any distention problems) and they rag on the rest for sheer amounts of distention shown.

If pros are lazy enough to half-ass their diet who's to say they're not lazy enough to disregard distention?

      Also potential for sticky.

I think you could add a big part to the mental aspect.

Just the drive to be Number 1(Mr. O). There is always that difference between pros who compete and the guys who want to be Mr O.

Like in the 90s. Dorian, Kevin, Nasser and Shawn had that in mind while Flex wouldn't talk like that. It wasn't until 99, Flex went for it and look at the amazing improvements he had on him between 98-99.
