      What is your arm size?

      I find that hard to believe since your only 156 lbs @ 6 feet tall. Highly unlikely. You would have to have incredible physique and a super low bf.

      What is your arm size?

      my bf is 9% and yes my arms are 16.5" my body type is mesomorph and i had huge arms since i was 14. i was alot heavier before about 170. i do alot of cardio thats why im 156 now
