      What food items should I almost always have at home?

      Types of bread and pasta dont matter, carbs are carbs white bread is just as fine as wheat in the grand scheme of things. Same deal with eggs, eat the whole egg if ya want to. I listed some fruits and vege's above, but you can really get any you like to eat, the ones I listed above are what I enjoy eating. And there is no such thing as an ideal meal, just hit your macros and youll be golden. Dont try to overcomplicate it, eat what YOU like, hit your macros, and enjoy the results.

      The only ideal meal is the meal that fits your macros and allows you to stay on your diet. These foods are preferred because these are the foods we like to eat. I suggest you read the stickies in this section.

      What food items should I almost always have at home?

      Just came back stateside bout 2 days ago went straight to costco the next day bought:

      Oatmeal
      Cottage Cheese
      Greek Yogurt
      Cyto Whey for 32 bucks, 4lbs (so cheap)
      Ground Beef
      Strawberries
      Almond Butter

      Haven't made a dent on any of them.
