DISCLAIMER: I have braces, so that means no nuts or seeds. No bagels or hard, fresh veggies (I can handle cooking the ones that need to be cooked). I'm in pretty good shape right now and I've been cutting for a week because of tendonitis in my wrist. Looking to bulk back up as well as eat better in general. So yeah, for someone trying to progressively increase strength and add lean mass, what are some generic (or not-so-generic) items I should always have in my house?
