My dad likes to think he is a nutrition and fitness wizard yet he has only read random articles and has a beer gut. I am 135lbs and about 9-12% body fat. (I'm not bragging and if you don't believe me I really don't care anymore). So a lot of people have told me to just say screw it and every few days eat some mcdoubles etc. I try to tell my dad this and he insists on telling me to eat lean foods like I'm trying to cut not gain. Says my arteries will clog and I'll regret it when I'm older. But I workout consistently. My question is what fats are bad for you when you have such little body fat. I need to gain bad and I hear so many different opinions.
What fat is bad fat? avoid trans fats, and try to get a good balance of the others. Btw, there is probably nobody here who agrees that being 6' and 135 lbs. is even remotely worth bragging about so no worries there.
What fat is bad fat? which is basically the same as trans fats. also OP go hook yourself up to an IV of olive oil and oreo filling
What fat is bad fat? lmfao yea I'm working on it. I only mentioned the bragging thing because no one ever believes the 9% body fat.
What fat is bad fat? The only reason I wouldnt believe 9% BF is because a quick look at your stats and i'd think like 6% or maybe even less. Seriously go make a sandwitch right this second and eat it. Wash it down with some chocolate milk.
What fat is bad fat? It's been a few months since I last got it checked and I've been eating more so it may have changed.
