      I have 6 egg whites, 1 cup of oats, 2 tbsp's of peanut butter and a scoop of protein and an iron science mass gainer shake.

      2 weetabix and a pro and oat shake mostly

      or
      1.5 scoop in 400ml full fat milk with 20g peanut butter

      5 slices lean cut grilled bacon or ham with wholemeal bread. probly not the best but only thing i can stomach in the morning..

      4 eggs, half tin of beans and 2 whole meal toast.
      that's the norm but....
      Had 2 bacon today as well
