When I am sick I usually end up craving weird things. It really depends (haha). Sometimes I am in the mood for sushi or sometime I wasn't to eat Doritos all day long. I usually find myself not hungry at all and I just drink tea and warm milk so that I could get back to normal as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, I end up wanting Mr. Noodles. The problem is it really isn't a healthy food in any regard, but I love it! If my willpower remains intact, I will just have a lot of green smoothies or vegetable soup. But always lots of herbal tea to stay hydrated.
