What do think of my diet plan? looks okay, but for a 211 lb dude you'll be hungry at that low cals. i'd also replace some fats for carbs, i always feel much better when i sub some fats for carbs, even not in a deficit

What do think of my diet plan? 211lb male looking to cut on 1200 cal is fine? Keep in mind the protein sparing diets were created for OBESE people. I have read Lyle's book however and heck, I have even tried it. Would not recommend in and don't think it is mentally healthy.
