  • What are the best and most effective Bodybuilding methods for teens?

      Due to the natural physical development of the teenage stage, I reckon some bodybuilding methods work better than others, I would just like to ask which ones are more effective. Thanks

      I think we need to be very careful with teenagers and bodybuilding as their body is likely not yet fully developed. Maybe a step by step fitness regime leading to light bodybuilding might be the order of the day?

      If this works best the teens then of course why not to try this?

      I am not sure that introducing steroids to the mix while their bodies are still growing is the right idea?

      As the obesity problem continues to get worse, especially amongst young children, I think it is vital that we get them interested in exercise and training at a relatively early age. However, the exercises should reflect their age and the development stages of their body.

      I agree with you but under supervision of trainers they can also make workouts.

      Starting a proper weight training program at an early age offers many benefits and will set you up for optimal progress.

      Below are 6 tips to keep in mind when thinking for Bodybuilding methods as a teen -
      1. Book A Personal Training Session
      2. Keep Weight Moderate, Reps More
      3. Use Straight Sets
      4. Take At Least Two Days Off A Week from Weight Training
      5. Avoid Supplements
      6. Set Realistic Goals

      You can get yourself fitness trackers, to help you analyze and manage the number of steps you walked, calories burned, heart rate, etc. I have using Soulfit Sonic V08 it is by far the best Fitness watch one can buy. Worth my money.
