Ok I'm starting to be a bodybuilder, but I got a few problems. 1. Don't have a gym pass. 2. Don't have money for supplements. 3. Don't got any weights. 4. (good news) mom has food stamps I can get heathy food. How can I be a bodybuilder without the stuff I listed above. Please don't send me any links. I want people who are body building on a small budget.
Trying to be a body builder ummmm you dont have access to a gym or weights? then you are pretty much stuck with body weight type workouts until you can get access to some equipment.
Trying to be a body builder Before you can start building your body, you need to start building your income. ~NPC HW 2012
Trying to be a body builder Start with a bodyweight movements routine. Eventually, you'll need additional resistance...but that's something you can get innovative with. There are ways to work with a lower purchasing capacity..for example, filling milk jugs with sand for weight. It's not optimal...but it's something. http://www.t-nation.com/free_online_..._by_bodyweight
Trying to be a body builder Looks like someone needs to get a job. Get your Life priorities straight.
Trying to be a body builder I'd say screw being a bodybuilder, and just work on improving your body and health. When you're old enough to get a job of your own, invest in the things you mentioned, one at a time (Gym pass, Supplements [Protein, Creatine optional, little else needed], and stocking up on healthy Macro-aiding food [A freezer full of chicken, cartons of milk, tins of sardines and other high protein, moderately fatty fish, etc. goes a long way]). Once you are in a secure place, financially and supply-wise, then you can start focusing on bodybuilding, because bodybuilding requires both time, focus, and money, and if you're stuggling to feed it properly, or workout for the right amount of time, then you're setting yourself up for failure and wasting a lot. You look somewhat stocky in your avatar, though it might just be a bad angle. I'd say that, until you can do the above, just work on eating at a deficit, meeting your macros, and loosing the excess weight. Use bodyweight exercises as well as any weight alternative you can (Gallon water bottles filled with water or sand, a backpack filled with heavy stuff, honestly, so long as you're prepared to alter some movements, not having proper weights is rarely a legitamate excuse). You'll probably lose more muscle mass than you would with proper access to a gym or proper access to heavier weights in general, but at least by the time you're better prepared to start this lifestyle, you'll have less body fat to worry about.
Trying to be a body builder get a fat gf to help with bodyweight exercises and if this thread isnt a troll then you can probably pick up cheap/free weights on craigslist and eat lots of peanut butter and eggs
