if this is the wrong way to go because of over traing the muscles and not getting enough protien ect how come some of those who go in jail comeout alot bigger than when they went in.

If they can get weed, heroin and mobile phones inside I'm pretty sure they could get steroids and god dammit even some protein powder! Haha

You can buy protein in prison 4. Steriods are avaiable 5. They get more rest than people out of prison Anything else lol?
