      Just something I wondered about earlier , what words of wisdom would you pass on now that you've found what doesn't work and what does work for you?

      I would say this : 250mg Test ? You stupid tosh! Up it to 500 at the very least you pussy ! And get your diet sorted carbs are important you w@anker!

      Arch your back and squeeze shoulder blades together when flat benching

      Don't squat with a smith or do upright rows with a machine

      Diet. Think most people will be the same. I didnt move out of my parents until 20 so I just ate what i was given...
