Like Chilisi said, B&C gives you the potential to keep gaining, comes at a cost though. I'd just see it through to 12 weeks and start a PCT, then go again with a new proposed cycle.

Lads...could one of you give me an idea of typical blast and cruise please? Was on for a long time, came off in Feb, PCT, then back on in April but truth be told I realise I dont actually know the proper B+C numbers looking at this thread!!! Would appreciate this massively!!
