Hammy and Quaddy.

lol. Just keep working them with squats, stiff legged deadlifts, lying leg curls and leg ext. Those are pretty good. Then you got the other stuff like LEg Press... amazing for both, and then you got the hack squat.. again, amazing for leg development. Make sure you go the same speed on botht he negative and positive to get a nice burn in the stabalizers and such and also, make sure you get the full ROM.

i do back + front squats both atg but barely do leg press. I have only done those exercises for legs LOL . would adding lunges help size? and i never trained hams before LOL ...

theres your problem. train your hams. they are part of your legs too. Think of your legs like arms kinda.... ok?

Calf = forearm
Quad = Tricep
Hams = Bicep

in a way if you look at the leg as if it was an arm attatched to your pelvis, your knee being the elbow.

Gotta train those hams!

oh shizz..i've been doing it wrong **** lol .. deadlifts for hams or like a separate day for hams? leg day is ONLY squats .

I used to do them with DBs but I switched to BB. I like BB alot better I feel like I can concentrate more on my legs and less on my forarms.
I do walking lunges, go deep, get a good stretch.
