This program look ok while on cycle Yeah Mate I will try it, since I really need to train less times now because of work and studdies. I will probably do a Cardio day as in between there somewhere. But my main goal is to train for strength rather than mass, im 110kg now with alot of fat but im about 87kg fatfree mass so I quesss I have enough mass. You think that program works good on diet? Just adding like one more cardio day? cheers

This program look ok while on cycle No mate! If you're not training legs then you're not training properly. Use mine and see how you get along, i used to hate rest days but you will not grow without them, if the muscles aer always under stress and never have any time to recover how can they grow?

This program look ok while on cycle I suppose that's a good enough excuse Personally i would have a rest day after back because if its done correctly it should be very taxing! At the end of the day mate its still quite hard to tell as there is no mention of sets and reps but if its working for you then keep going. Basically its a 2 on 2 off, 2 on 1 off routine with regards to weights.
