The presence of greatness. I used to work on a lot of pop videos and commercials and met loads of people then, but the only time I was ever lost for words was when I met Ray Davies. I did offer him a cup of tea though. He accepted.
The presence of greatness. Ohh good question! Nowhere near enough to leave a lasting legacy, but when I was 15 I met a 100 year old first world war veteran who had been decorated for bravery in the trenches. Fred Wall his name was.

The presence of greatness. Met Prince Charles 3 times, seemed ok. Met one of the dambusters when I was a small child, due to my age didn't understand the magnificent bravery of him. Met quite a few 1990's Dutch international football players on a trip to Africa, their behavior towards the Africans left me feeling ashamed to be anywhere near them.
The presence of greatness. When you think about people like George Best, Gazza, singers like Elvis, Tom Jones who at one time were average joe's then bang they hit it big... That type of thing.
