I'm not looking to loose a massive amount of weight, I am 5'06 tall and weight about 185, I am NOT fat, bodyfat is at 18%. I would love to be about 160lbs and possibly 10% if possible. My ideal weight per my doctors recommendation is at around 160lbs so I'm looking to shed some weight fast but w hard work and dedication. I'm not looking for a miracle or a fad diet however, I am looking to do something radical to achieve my goals...

"I can't go over 3 or 4 ounces of protein "meat"

This is the part I found myself amazed by. How can your body NOT lose large amounts of muscle when only consuming this amout of protein?

If you lose a lot of muscle AND fat your bf% won't change much and your weight will drop. Seems you're set on doing it though so good luck. Let us know how you progress bro.

If I were you I would ask him to quit pulling #'s out of his butt. At 1st I thought that was based on bmi but it isn't (bmi is evil), thing is I don't know where he's getting that #. If you really are 18% (most ppl underestimate) you aren't fat by social standards and "ideal weight" becomes a baseless term.

Then stop looking at the hcg diet because it is junk science and is without a doubt a fad diet

Unneeded but your goals are odd to me anyway.
