      Ive noticed the outer pecs getting thick from the 6x6

      Would the chest 3x a week 6x6

      Flat 6x6 mon
      Incline 6x6 wed
      Decline 6x6 fri
      Example idk

      A lot of the old school bb back in the 70s used to hit there weak body parts 3 times a week.weather it works or not give it a go.you have nothing to lose.bro I'm 41 and your 22.you have years and years of training up your sleeve.dont rush it or you may injure yourself.

      Look EVERYONE can build a chest ,especially someone with decent enough genetics to build big arms .The only pro I could cite for having a lagging chest in recent memory is Dennis Newman who surprise surprise was around 22 when he earned his pro card (again Dennis was a wide shouldered guy who had big arms particulary tris ) .As for 3x per week yes its great if your lying on the beach all day swilling full fat protein shakes and B.B.Q steaks as well as not working .Like others have said the answers right in front of you its just you refuse to see it , squeeze the muscle like Dorian does his inclines in the blood and guts video , lighten the weight slightly and slow the movement down particulary the negative , Yates is also mad keen on decline presses over flats so as already suggested switch up the angles , seek out the top guys in your area and see if you can train chest with them and so on , exhaust these avenues rather than looking for a magical programme or exercise .
