      Do you just go into the gym and just do whatever you feel like doing?

      Guys that do this never really change all that much, you need a plan of attack, write down every workout and each workout that follows you must outdo what you did last time....its bodybuilding basics yet so few guys actually do it and month after month they allways look the same....

      Never said I am having problems, as I said this isn't an advice thread. I am making progress, gained 2" on arms last few months alone and am currently on first cycle. It's just I wasn't feeling it today, felt small even if the numbers say I'm not.

      But to answer your question no, I rotate... today was shoulders, tomorrow chest, next day probably back etc.
