      Thai chicken curry

      Whilst on the subject of cooking, I make a lot of home made burgers and they are so protein dense and so nice!

      usually just:

      lean beef or lamb mince
      onion
      grated slice of bread
      egg
      black pepper
      mint (if using lamb)

      Yeah, I have under cooked chorizo before and was like plastic, will do mate.

      she doesnt say this but i usually put cherry tomatoes in as well if im feeling flush

      Have just noticed your from Leeds, I am originaly from Warrington, wondered why I'm feeling so hungry with all these Northern ingredients Lol.

      Haha I am originally from birmingham but I can say I have well and truly adopted the northern way of life, i love leeds, i much prefer the north in general!

      especially where amazing meals with only 3 ingredients are concerned!
