Going to be using test400 at 500mg pw for 12 weeks should I start my pct at week 14? I've nolva adex and clomid here I was going to use nolva 20,20,10,10 and clomid 100,100,50,50 would this be ok ? Or would I be better swapping the nolva for adex and at what mg ?thanks for any help lads
Test cycle pct help use adex on cycle 0.25mgs eod , will keep gyno and bloat at bay . clomid and nolva for pct adex on cycle.

Test cycle pct help yeah i have also seen people say that so wait for other opinions mate but adex on cycle and nolva/clomid pct has been used for years to great effect ...... adex for pct is a newer approach so its up to you really and yeah 0.5mg on cycle is fine just depends how prone to gyno/bloat/estrogen you are really.

Test cycle pct help Depending on the esters the gear might be a bit high to start your PCT. Me personally, I would have some HCG in there at 500iu twice a week to make recovery much easier.
