Takes me 2 hours to eat a meal. If you are having trouble getting the food down, you need to go to the doc asap. You could have strictures, swallowing dysfunction, something affecting peristalsis of the esophagus, or narrowing of the esophagus. I wouldnt wait around on it, make an appointment asap.

I mean I sometimes find it hard to get calories in on my bulk too but still, I think its way easier stuffing your face when you're not hungry (i love food btw haha) rather than starving yourself on a diet.
