Thanks to Milky I have to say, as a newbie I thought OMG I feel its hard enough for a woman to enter a gym, more so if she is even a little overweight, but to then succesfully train and join others in the hope to gain insight, knowledge, encouragement and if someone asks , help them to overcome their weight issues to find a thread like the one he closed is a bit off putting.
