      Thanks to Milky I have to say,
      as a newbie I thought OMG I feel its hard enough for a woman to enter a gym, more so if she is even a little overweight, but to then succesfully train and join others in the hope to gain insight, knowledge, encouragement and if someone asks , help them to overcome their weight issues to find a thread like the one he closed is a bit off putting.
      Again many thanks
      Good banter is great but weird talk and piccy requests are to say the least ODDDDDDDDD

      OMG that made me laugh lol! Someone give Milky a big chocolate medal with gold wrapping , one he`s probably hungry and 2 he deserves a medal
