      Subway, cons/pros?

      The breads are bad and so are the meats. Subway is pretty misleading...(Yeah sure it is better than micky d's or other places, depending what you get).

      The whole wheat bread doesn't contain as much "wheat" as it does syrup and coloring. Plus the meats are pretty low quality, and most contain sugar. The chicken contains other animals than chicken meat and is all ground up/cooked then has fake grill marks put in it so it looks like a grilled piece of chicken. I could just be being a food nazi hear, but subway is very misleading. Not saying it will kill you.. but eat real food. Don't dress it up to be "eating healthy". Yeah it is healthier than some options, but I still consider subway junk food, if you're gonna cheat may as well get something that tastes better.

      eat quality foods and feel great imo.

      Would it be much better than say papa johns pizza though? Sodium wise included.

      When I checked that out though, I was getting like 60g of protein, for 750 cal though. Subway I mean. This is for the footlong, chicken breast, hot mustard, then the rest just all vegies.
      As to where I've been craving papa johns, but I'd be eating up to 1,500 calories until I get full, that being mass carbs, not nearly as much protein.
