      Struggling to put away food, need some advice.

      add in a couple of tins of mackerel. small snack, high cals and and they dont fill you.

      also try making shakes out of ingredients you like or make them into soup. alot easier to consume imo

      Mackerel maybe worth a try. I can't eat tuna which is a pain because it's super high in protein.

      I am going to start eating loads more mince, it's fairly dense in calories, any other ideas about good calorie high foods?

      Wholemeal pitas another good one. Just throwing out a few I have found that may help others.

      That doesn't work mate, I enjoy chinese takeaway, have a horrendous sweet tooth, love anything high in sugar haha.

      I do love a caremilised pork chop drizzled in lemon juice and eaten with cooked onions, yum
