      Really struggling to get a decent breakfast in the morning, no appetite whatsoever.

      What do you guys have for breakfast?

      Has anyone got any decent ideas? I was thinking about something I can just blend up and knock back, but tastes half decent too

      I just have a protein shake with some oats in mate maybe force down a bannana aswell I find it hard to eat in morning

      Get up a bit earlier do a bit of cardio before breakfast and get your appetite going.

      My breakie at the mo is:

      Whey shake with water
      100g oats with milk
      450g natural yogurt
      then some fruit in the car driving to work

      Make a protein/carb shake the night before and down it when you wake, easy.

      +1 on the doing cardio or anything to get you hungry.

      I have 5 egg whites at home and then 3 egg whites in work.

      Just have what you fancy until your stomach settles/appetite improves then have your first protein meal a little later.

      This whole idea that your muscles are suddenly going to melt away if you don't eat protein as soon as you wake up is nonesense.

      Some good ideas cheers.

      I've got some fine oats in the cupboard I'll chuck a few scoops of that in a shake, maybe get some whole milk in there too, to bump cals up

      wake up 7.30am, have 25g whey in milk
      work for hour and half, have bowl of cereal, 25g whey and 50g oats in milk

      If you don't feel like eating...don't do it.

      I eat my first meal circa 2pm

      IF FTW
