Starting into this on Monday, cant wait. Havent done anything like this before, always just had a very mixed routine, nothing this small and focused.

Those who have done it before... any pointers or tips from mistakes you may have made?
I will start light as the report recommends and work my way up.

How long did you train with this programme?

As long as you start low (as you are) don't add more weight each session than is recommended, you can't really go too far wrong.

(Assuming your form is good that is)

I followed this last year when first starting out, really liked the simplicity of it. If you're new to lifting (sorry don't know your background) then just ensure you have really good form I used a PT for a few weeks which was money really well spent.

Squatting 3 times a week was hellish for my knees :(

I'm starting this on monday as well. I have just made a journal. Go ahead and make one as well. And we can track each others progress and see how it goes!
