If you've got Mr A, who is running a course of say Dbol, trains 5x times a week, but has a pretty crap diet.. and then youve got Mr B, who doesn't take steroids trains exact same at Mr A, but his diet spot on... who will see the most gains?
Steroids Vrs Diet Ive played cat and mouse many times with people on gear lol. They always blow up and shrink down, then blow up and shrink down. Where as I just steadily get bigger. However now theyve got above their natural limit and leave me for dust lol.

Steroids Vrs Diet Im starting to think genetics are bollocks considering where I started from. Seriously. I have mates who gain alot better than me natty. IMO if you want to be sucessful in this game you have to be consistent.
Steroids Vrs Diet I think it depends on what you mean by crappy diet and also what you mean by gains but also strongly depends on both peoples genetics amd metabolism....... dbol will make you hold alot of water so if Mr A doesn't eat enough for muscle gain then he will just gain water and if Mr B eats lots of good food and has good genetics then he would obviously gain muscle ....... Also Mr A could have great genetics and eat loads of crap food but get good lean gains as it also depends on the persons metabolism whilst Mr B could eat really well but not have the genetics of a bodybuilder and possibly have hardly any gains despite doing everything spot on So really mate there is too many factors to give a straight answer to your question
