      Right guys I'll try and keep this short and sweet. a mate of mine has been using aas , peps and gh for quite some time now and the other day he text me saying "mate just been benching and when I pushed the weight, I started to get a nose bleed WTF?" so I told him it sounds like extremely high blood pressure and he should get some enalapril.

      Now on Saturday he came round my house with his mrs with a swolen leg and told me that the past couple of times he's trained legs it's swelled up. So I immediately did abit of research and found that if you overtrain a certain muscle and damage it , your body will send a rush of White blood cells to recover and repair the area. Now 2 days on I've just had a call from him and he's been to A+E for a CT scan and they've confirmed that he has a clot in his leg and that he may have one in his lungs! Now in all honesty I have read that steroids can cause clots due to cholesterol so what are your thoughts on this have you ever heard anything of the sort??

      Hope he is ok mate. Could it be to high GH? (I know nothing about this stuff) but am curious in to what it could be.

      first of all mate, not to sound like a dick but your not a doctor so you shouldnt be giving him advice on them matters, if i was benching and had a nose bleed id be wurried, especially since hes more then likely had other symptoms, especially the swelling, shouldve sent him doctors straight away

      ive heard a similar tale,a guy i know had 1 in his thigh and had to stop all gear immediatly,have you any idea what he was taking exactly?he was also given something to thin his blood,im not sure what.

      Well His nosebleed was before I was aware of his swollen legs and general common sense would say that a bleeding nose when pushing out weight would be due to high BP so I didn't think my advice was wrong in all honesty. Also when I researched the sh1t about his leg I never said "that's what it is" I merely said "that's what it could be" an he's a grown man at the end of the day and should see when there may be a massive underlying problem

      i thought blood clots in legs arnt uncommon, not aas related anyway
