      hi i am 20 yrs old, i have previusly done a 1 months course on winstrol 10mg tabs taking 50 mg daily also pct but it hasnt had as much effect on me here are my stats 5ft 3" 11st 13lb i dont know what course to do next

      hasnt had much effect as you should be running it longer mate.

      i'll leave the advice giving to the winny experts though...

      oral tabs also i ran milk thistle with it and i started dieting a month before taking the tabs and ran the diet straight through with the tabs

      11stone you want to bulk up id say and winsttol wont do that, look in the diet section and learn what foods to eat and how many more calories you need to put on size you need for a good base to build on before taking aas
