Starting IF bulking, is it too much? Drop the cardio to once or twice a week if you are bulking. Your just fighting with yourself burning extra calories, while you are struggling to eat enough. There is nothing special to IF, people do it for convenience. Just get your goals for food in, everyday, however it works best for you.
