On the far left is me now (I know I really let myself go), middle is me last year from dieting down and the one of the right is me at the end of my cut. My questions is how long you think it will take fr me to get from where I am currently to the middle picture and likewise for me currently to the right picture (Assuming I stay at a 500 deficit).
