Not really sure what kind of lifts I should be doing squat wise. Should I be doing a 4 x 8? 8 x 4? 5 x 5? 4 x 5? 5 x 4? Go for something with more volume? I'm trying to go from about a 350 squat up to a 405 squat, going to do legs 2 days a week.
Squats Sounds good to me 3-4 x 2-5. Three times a week. With all my other leg things, what would you suggest on the squats 75-85%?
Squats I add 5 pounds a session I started with 245 and tomorrow I haveto 300 fo 3 sets of 5 I don't do it with percentages just focus on progressive overload
