I am actually a fan of soy milk, or I guess it is called soy beverage, since i suppose that it can't really be called milk. For me it seems that milk puts on more fat or weight, while the soy beverage doesn't. There are other variables at work here too so I am not positive about this feeling but I do not seem to find for me there is a downside for picking up a container of soy beverage.

I do eat soy, but only in moderation because of the health concerns. But I incorporate soy milk into my diet once in a while for a little variation, since I don't drink cows milk. I don't consume it enough to really be concerned.

I rarely eat soy. It just doesn't taste as good. Plus, as you mentioned, there are health risks, so that was enough reason for me to avoid it ;).

Soy products are among the worst foods you can consume. The majority of soy is genetically modified, it mimics estrogen in the body and it contains numerous anti-nutrients. I would avoid soy unless it is fermented.
