I had 2 months break from gym and it seems I'm a bit out of shape. I train for 10 minutes and I just can't anymore. It's quite confusing, really. I realise that regular training is the best, but is there something for stamina?

You should work on your cardio to get stamina. Running, Jumping Jacks, dancing, or anything else that can keep your heart moving is good for your stamina. Or even when you train, start out a little slower and work your way up. You've been gone for 2 months, let your body get back into the routine.

You are not alone buddy, I blow up after a couple of minutes. Are you doing weights? Maybe lessen the weight you are lifting? otherwise I suggest just going at a slower pace until you feel ready to kick it up.

I would say if you are burning out in only 10 min or so you should rethink your approach. Make sure your diet is in check, you are getting enough rest. When you are at the gym maybe take it down a notch and build back up slowly. I would also recommend some cardio post lifting to help with your conditioning. This can be as simple as a fast passed walk. Are you currently taking a pre-workout supplement of any kind?

Maybe you should reduce the weights you are lifting. You can also try out a pre-workout booster.

when you train what do you do?

Give me an example of some exercises you do?
      Cardio?
      Weight Training?
      How much are you using?
What kind of rest time are you taking?

Ill do my best to help you out.

Real quick if you are doing cardio and burning out quick running, Start with a brisk walk for a week. Do it for 30-45 mins

After a week of walking try running for a min, if you are able Run for a min walk for 4 every 5 minutes You should be walking for 4 running for 1

Within the weeks you will be able to build yourself up, if you feel more comfortable run for 2 and walk 3,

      Run 3 walk 2
      Run for 5 walk 5
      run for 10 walk 5
      you get where Im going?

The only way you can build your fitness back up is to train. Losing your fitness after a spell out of the gym is normal and it shouldn't take long to regain your original fitness levels. A few levels and you should regain your fitness.
