      Chest tris n shoulders for me. Can't wait!

      You guessed right! Tomorrow I'm doing squat depth, but assistance rather than true heavy squats. So leg press (angled feet) deep squats with bar, and as much weight as I can keep my ass down for, box squats, good mornings.. Working out alone for the first time in a couple of weeks, looking forward to it.
