unflavoured protein + milk + 2 table spoons of nesquick or a milkshake powder and it tastes just like the flavoured protein powder

Thanks, I'm full of them. I'm like 2/3s water and the rest is just muscle and good ideas.

Myprotein.com has the unflavoured protein and the instant oats, but as do Bulkpowders.com, possibly MaxiRAW and some others. Maybe Pro-10 also... I am trying not to leave anyone out but I could go on for ages!

Quite simply, you need to get more calories into you.

May I ask what your day job is? What line of work even?

Basically, I'm currently doing Air Condition at the moment and at college resitting my A levels. So my hours when I can attend the gym and eat should be fine. I also play football one evening a week as well.

Sounds like you're just an ectomorph by nature then, as you said.

Same as me mate, but then I started eating more clean foods, training hard at the gym, and taking protein shakes 3 times a day.

Go and buy the stuff online and start making shakes! If you use the search thingie on here you'll find threads with shake ideas.

Personally I'd just use unflav protein, fine oats, full fat milk, extra virgin olive oil, peanut butter, honey and a handful of frozen berries. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.........!!
