I'm not 100% sure if this is the correct workout plan. I also want big arms too. So should I keep the arm day on Saturday? Or should I replace that with another back/bicep day?
Should I have an Arm day? Yeah I'll work on that too. But can I have an answer? Should I have an arm day? My arms are quite small.
Should I have an Arm day? You dont workout chest?? And for back ur missing deadlifts? Your workouts dont seem to be complete in general though.
Should I have an Arm day? No, you should be hitting each muscle 2-3 times a week. It would be best to switch to an upper/lower, fullbody, or push/pull/legs split.
Should I have an Arm day? I see you only rest 1 or 2 days before you hit the same muscle, why don't you give yourself a longer rest period. That is what I have heard and practice.
Should I have an Arm day? do you want to look uneven? Throw some good chest in there, it'll help your shoulders and fill them out more. Front delts. I do Chest/Tris, Back/Bis, Shoulders, Legs. I throw calves in there on different days and abs when it feels like it.
