Claiming ppi from the banks is a simple process and i see these companies making a mint out of it. What im wondering is do you need to be a registered solicitor or something to set up one of these companies? Can a average joe set one up as it is not complex to do?

Setting up a ppi claims company? the Banks win was for unfair Bank charges i belive. i think there is a time limt on the claims for PPI .but i always seem to get emails about claimimng for this or that SERPS seems to be the latest one.

Setting up a ppi claims company? I got £1400 back last month so they are still paying. I think you have to get registered with the FSA and meet certain standards, don't think it's that simple or everyone would do it

Setting up a ppi claims company? Not sure but have a look at existing company websites, they'll have charter marks or iso badges, these are typically what you'll have to achieve. Also some legal knowledge is needed as you'll likely have banks trying to dispute it
