      serious people only.... need some advise...

      Just flavoured water instead of regular water to help increase intake then. Like is said, unless you drop those extra sugary foods for a few days to see how the hunger pangs feel, your not gonna know.

      Also, try using increased fluid intake with everything you were previously on. Might just be lack of hydration making you more hungry
