      Roids.....worth it???

      fast results vs slow results. hhhmmmmm tough one that

      Sh.it diet, training or not, roids will get your there faster. I jumped on them after a year and looked s.hit. Dont think i look half bad now tbh 3 years later.

      If you are serious about it, id say jump on asap. Cos time not using is wasting time.

      Placebo effect of knowing you are on has a big impact as well, making you train harder and eat more/better.

      I've been on for many years and have learnt allot over the years, to me it was well worth it. But good diet is paramount for truly great results. I know that I could not achieve my physic without anabolic steroids.

      but many many people on here and off here could achieve their "physiques" without gear

      What are your stats? How long have you been training/using and gains etc have you seen?

      How did they help you? This is a subject more people need to discuss as there are some mis-truths and incorrect assumptions.
