He's a beast no doubt and moving weight like that is SUPER IMPRESSIVE in ANY conditions.

I love Roelly but I am going to call *slight* BS on those big bench numbers. You obviously can't argue the leg press, RGBP, etc. However, he had spotters hands on the bar for every single one of those bench reps.

It's almost too big of lifts for me to believe he hit them fair and square...especially being close to a show.

No way I could hit those number though LOL

Oh yeah, no doubt! He's looking unreal. The flat bench towards the end looks like he wasn't helped much at all. It's such a killjoy when your spotter feels the need to grope the bar every rep of your set lol

I'm aware. I do them often. However, I at least get 3-4 untouched reps on the first tier before i drop the weight. No point in using so much weight that the spotter has the weight for EVERY set. Just my opinion. Then again...I'm not 260 lol

No argument there. Just question how much "help" he was given. Even then, those are big numbers WITH help.

ZkK's bench looked more brutal to me and his spotter wasnt near the bar, and it looked like the bar was gonna break in half..

either way roelly is looking insane..hopefully he keeps that myostatin bull look into the show
