rest days I try n go sleep bout 10 so I get atleast 7hrs sleep, I train bout 5-5.30 so I'm not home till gone 7, I've had my shake already so I try n eat as soon as I can. Then bout 30mins before sleep I have a shake. I suppose u r right, just need to find wats right for me.
rest days i was told on here before you need to still eat your macros on rest day (eg. 3500calories or whatever), and a bit extra protein , as you grow when you rest. ?
rest days Yeah absolutely, which is why I do hit macro's but just make sure I don't go over by too much. I think I've pretty much got my macro's down well so I know what upper numbers to hit, I know they are recovery days but I focus alot of macro's into PWO. I am cutting as well, sorry, really should have said that as I'd be above manainence otherwise anyway. Mind you I have also gained loads of strength and a added some minor size to measurements following my current plan, having a cal defecit on off days.
