I really have a hard time eating this stuff, but I usually force myself to have some occasionally especially when I am trying to go vegetarian for a week or two. Does anyone eat this stuff? How do you prepare it, I need some tips to make it taste better. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quinoa
I'm curious to know why you need to eat vegetarian for a week? Qunioa isn't a particularly healthy food as it contains a high concentration of anti-nutrients like saponins which will cause problems in your gut. Don't eat it if you don't like it.
