Well I just recently switched from doin cardio then lifting to lifting first then cardio and my concern is that protein shakes should be taken like 10-25 mins after lifting right?? Well I do cardio for like 30-45 mins after lifting ,go home ,then drink my shake. Is it still gonna give me the same benefits or should I bring protein to the gym and chug right after my lifting??

But on a side note I'm down 17 lbs in a month in a half!!!!

PWO is a BS concept, ignore it. even if it wasnt just a false advertising tool, you aren't going to gain muscle cutting.

Do whichever is more convenient for you. Those extra minutes of driving are going to have absolutely no impact on body composition.

      question about whey protein shake

All the statements above would be true if catabolism didn't exist Your body will start using your muscle as fuel after awhile, I'd recommend separating cardio from lifting. Also your muscles are highly insulin receptive after a workout, therefore it's the optimal time to refuel as soon as possible. I don't know why people think its a myth....
