Hi. My meal time would be eat everything in one meal only. A big big meal in the dinner. But i usually train in the afternoon (Monday Wednesday Friday i do weight lifting + 30 minutes of cardio, Tuesday and Thursday i do 1 hour and 30 minutes of cardio without weight lifting). Do you think that doing cardio and/or lifting weight fasted may cause me some muscle catabolism? Or i'm ok? Thank you very much in advance.

      Question about intermittent fasting

How many calories will you be consuming in this meal? What's your goals? Cutting? Bulking? But why are you eating everything in one meal? You're going to feel bloated! Intermittent fasting doesn't necessarily mean eat only one meal a day. That's more of a warrior diet.

Regardless, if your goals are bulking, or maintenance and you're eating the appropriate calories and macros. You should be fine. If you're cutting you may lose some muscle.

      Question about intermittent fasting

Well, actually my goal is cutting, i should lose 2 lb a week (I know it's a lot, but i don't feel motivated losing only 1 lb a week) i will eat 1400 kcal in one meal because i like to feel bloated and stuffed. I will try to lose 8 lb one month, then i will do maintenance in august and then i will clean bulk 'till march.

No. I know it's a high deficit but if i meet my protein intake i shouldn't lose muscle, shouldn't i?

      Question about intermittent fasting

Protein alone doesn't matter when it comes to calories in and calories out. 1400 calories is waaaaay to low for your age. It's all about patience, trying to "speed up the process" because you feel unmotivated simply doesn't work.
