Protein Shakes: Is 3-5 shakes a day okay? Yes you can decrease the carbs but you would have to make up for it somewhere else. It only depends on what types of food you like eating. Carbs are not the enemy, fat is not the enemy. Anyway, something tells me you're barely getting 1.5k calories a day based on what you posted with very little carbs and fat. You're doing yourself a great disservice and should start following what you eat more carefully before you do some irreparable damage.
